Granada, the longest lasting Arab Kingdom in Spain (800 years of Arab occupation), celebrated in 1992 the 500 th anniversary of its fall to the Catholic Kings, Ferdinand and Isabelle. The city is world wide famous and known for its "Alhambra Palace" and Generalife Gardens. "The Alhambra Palace" is the best and most well preserved example of Islamic architecture in Spain. This medieval fortress, strategically located on the top of the hill, towers over the city, covers an area of 100.000 square meters and it is generally accepted as the 8 th wonder of the world. Many of the original palaces, squares and plazas still remain there as they were to be admired.
Pick up and accompanied by our accompanying guide departure to Granada. During the journey to Granada, your guide will explain the day's program and the landscapes and towns you'll encounter along the way.
There are two options, the visit option and only free time option, (contact us if you prefer only free time, it may be so that there are seats on the bus but no entrances to Alhambra)

Guided visit option: Coach tour with tour leader, entrance to the Alhambra including palaces and Generalife Gardens, local guide in Alhambra and headphones, free time in Granada.
You will take a walk with the guide to the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel where you will have approx. 2.5 hours of free time in the center to have lunch and be able to visit the Royal Chapel or the Cathedral on your own and go shopping in La Alcaiceria. You will also go to the Alhambra to visit the Alhambra with the Nasrid Palace with the courtyard of the lions. The visit lasts approx. 2.5 hours. Return to the Costa del Sol.

I don't know the area — how do I find my pickup point easily?
In the booking form you can enter your hotel or accommodation name to see the nearest stops. If you are already in the area, use the 'show nearest' option to locate yourself. You can also choose manually and click on the stop name to view its exact location on Google Maps. Or just send us an email and we will help you.
Can I change my pickup point in Benalmádena after booking?
Yes, contact us by email or phone and we will change it to any other pickup point in Benalmádena or another available departure city.
Is the Granada & Alhambra tour booking instant? Do I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, booking is instant. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including your pickup point and time.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay securely online by credit or debit card. Bank transfer and phone payment are also available.
What is the cancellation policy?
Alhambra tickets are nominative and non-refundable (€23 per person ticket cost). The rest of the booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours before at no charge. If we need to cancel (due to weather, closures or insufficient participants), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Do I need to bring ID to the Alhambra?
Yes. Alhambra tickets are issued in your name and you must present the same ID document you used when booking in order to enter.
Opening hours for online bookings:
You can book online for next coming day Monday-Fredays until 18.30 and on weekends and holidays until 13.00. After that online bookings is only possible for other days.
Booking terms and cancellations (group tour):
Not coming at the acorded pickup time and place is considered No Show, and No Shows are charged with 100% of the total amount.
Guided visit option: Cancellation fees €23 as entrance is not refundable
